I watched it from beginning to end. I even put it on VHS to rewatch at work (no cable there). I loved the movie (mostly) and I wish they would bring it back but I am not sure how they would explain Reapers aging. I get so sick of most of the crap on tv nowadays. How some programs continue with 10-20 seasons with nonsensical tripe is beyond me! Thank you for the essay.

THIS WAS ONE OF MY FAVORITE SHOWS AS A KID! And I was born in 2000... a little weird, but back when hulu was free, this was all I ever watched. (I have rewatched this over and over again since becoming an adult and it remains one of my absolute favorites.) I am STILL torn up that the movie is as bad as it is and that the show was cancelled. If alternate timelines exist, I would happily trade out this one for the one where the show ran a lot longer, the queerness wasn't erased, the misogyny didn't exist, and the movie was actually worthy of a major theater release.

This is without a doubt my favorite TV show. ❤ It was already off air when a friend of mine recommended it. It came into my life at exactly the right time. I have never been so emotionally involved and exhausted from watching TV. I don’t think I made it through even one episode where my eyes weren’t AT LEAST damp. I thought I was going to make it through one episode without crying until the very last scene. So, so grateful for this show. It has a killer theme song too.

One of the best television shows I've ever seen. I never missed an episode. As for the shows that remind me of my parents, All in the Family is what makes me think of my dad. He was born and raised in the South with all that implies, and even as a teenager I understood that he missed the ironic and sarcastic nuances of the show. As for my mother, it would be the Johnny Carson show. Her daily routine was to go to work, come home and take a nap after dinner, and then bring out her roller case with the attached mirror add roll her hair as she watched Johnny carson.

This was and is my favorite TV show. It is quotable as hell and the characters are relatable n especially George really had an effect on me. It did change after Bryan left n the movie did have some problems but it also had some strong spots n ended the franchise in an emotional n in a good place. But I'll always wish we got more of the show

It took me the longest to realize Roxxys sequin dress was wrong. In Spanish, the plural form tends to end with an "s" sound, so "sequins dress" was totally fine in my head. Also Willam belng so sure horticulture is the study of plants, plus Latrice backing that up immediately cracks me up lol.
